Help Save Net Neutrality!

What is “net neutrality” and what’s at stake? The Internet is built on the principle of openness. For the price of an Internet connection, anyone can spread new ideas or start a business—even spark a new industry. It's this democratic access that allows Etsy sellers to compete with much bigger and more established brands. It is what allowed Etsy to grow from a tiny company in a Brooklyn apartment to a global platform for more than one million sellers worldwide. Today, that access—also known as net neutrality—is under threat. In the U.S., the FCC proposed rules that would allow big companies to cut deals with broadband providers for faster access to consumers, putting them in an Internet fast lane and leaving the rest of us in the slow lane. Not to mention letting your cable company decide which websites you visit will load fastest. source: Etsy
